We now have 3 workshops for different production processes.
1. Foaming
The first process of underlayment. We get the big EPE roll from the Polyethylene particles. Usually the EPE foam we use is 2mm thickness or 3mm thickness.
2. Lamination
We cover the vapor barrier(silver film, PE film or gold film) on the basic material(EPE, EVA or IXPE), and combine them together though heating
3. Separating
After getting the underlayment covered with vapor barrier, we cutting them into small rolls, and have tape attached.
4. Package
Packed with the plastic bags, the underlayment will be bundled by several rolls
